Terms of Service

Cube ("we," "us," "our," or "Cube") is operated by 96 AGENCY LTD, including the website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a payment, or using the Service, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have legal capacity. Terms may be updated at any time by posting the revised version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Cube is a private, invite-only lifestyle platform offering curated recreational experiences, live sessions, skill-based activities, engagement rewards, and exclusive events. Participation is optional and intended for entertainment and engagement purposes.

3. User Accounts

Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and maintain it thereafter.
You are responsible for all activity on your account and keeping login credentials confidential.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, suspicious activity, or legal compliance.

4. STRZ Credits, Membership & Contributions

STRZ credits are digital units used exclusively within Cube to access events, participate in activities (including TapMaster), and redeem rewards.

Purchased Credits & Contributions: Payments made for membership or optional contributions are treated as prepaid amounts for future services. They may be redeemed for live sessions, events, skill-based games, or platform features.
Earned / Promotional Credits: Users earn STRZ via engagement, daily logins, polls, or special campaigns. These are free rewards and have no cash value outside Cube unless explicitly stated in a verified promotion.
Post-Membership Participation: Users may continue to earn STRZ even after membership expires. Paid memberships provide enhanced benefits, faster credit accumulation, or higher reward caps but are not required to continue participating or earning STRZ.
Deferred Revenue: Payments for memberships, contributions, or credits are recognized as prepaid liabilities until corresponding services, experiences, or rewards are delivered.
Value and Use: STRZ and contribution benefits have internal platform value only and are redeemable solely for experiences, events, or rewards within Cube unless part of a verified promotion.
Expiration & Forfeiture: STRZ may expire or be forfeited for inactivity exceeding 36 months or violation of these Terms.
Non-Refundable: Payments for credits, memberships, or contributions are generally non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Payments & Contributions

Payments are processed securely via licensed providers (e.g., Paystack, Flutterwave). Memberships and contributions are optional. All payments are final unless required by law, and prices exclude applicable taxes (e.g., VAT).

6. Rewards, TapMaster & Engagement

TapMaster and other activities are skill-based or participation-based promotional incentives, not chance-based gambling.

Prizes (credits, event access, merchandise, or promotional rewards) are awarded at Cube's discretion and may be verified.
Cash or other rewards, if offered, are subject to applicable taxes, which users are responsible for unless mandated otherwise.
Users continue to earn STRZ through engagement and participation even if membership expires; paid membership accelerates accumulation and provides higher caps.
Referral and host rewards are optional promotional incentives and may be issued in STRZ or cash equivalents within Cube.
Cube reserves the right to adjust, withhold, or cancel rewards for violations, fraud, or errors.
No purchase is necessary to participate in free-entry promotional activities.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Engage in harassment, abuse, discrimination, or harmful behavior.
Post illegal, explicit, defamatory, or offensive content.
Cheat, use bots, exploits, or interfere with activities or the Service.
Manipulate rankings, referrals, or rewards fraudulently.
Impersonate others or provide false information.
Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Violations may result in content removal, forfeiture of STRZ/rewards, or account termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, and features (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Cube or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is processed per our Privacy Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA). Only necessary information is collected for service delivery, rewards, and compliance.

10. Limitation of Liability

Cube, its affiliates, and personnel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Cube harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from violations of these Terms or use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Unredeemed credits or rewards may be forfeited upon termination.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State. We encourage informal resolution via support@visitcube.xyz.

14. Miscellaneous

Severability: Unenforceable provisions do not affect the remainder.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures due to events beyond our control.
Entire Agreement: These Terms (with the Privacy Policy) constitute the full agreement.
